All of our shoes are handmade using tanned leather and sometimes dyes and paints on specific designs, that are hand customized orders which will take about 1-6 weeks to complete depending on supplies availability and processing time.

Custom and personalized orders
All of our shoes made to order are custom made to the customers size and color of choice, so we cannot accept returns because the shoe is tailored to your style choice. We can however accept exchanges for sizing adjustments.

Sizing details

All of our shoes follow EU, Asian sizing guidelines but are listed in U.S sizes for our customers references. Please use measuring tape to measure your foot from toe to heel in cm’s if you are unsure which U.S shoe equivalent you wear in your country that is compatible with Thaqafah shoe sizing before you order

Care instructions

Some of our shoes are custom dyed and painted and are to be treated as art and novelty wear. These shoes will have the description of hand painted in the listing.

In the event that you desire your shoes to freshened with color then we can direct you to our leather dye products to touch up the color of your shoes.

Returns/Exchanges

Conditions of return

The shoes can only be returned if they arrived damaged. If you simply ordered the wrong size or the color isn’t what you expected then you can exchange the item for a different pair of shoes.

Conditions of exchange
Buyer can exchange the item if the
Buyer returns the item within 21 days of delivery
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon order) if an item isn’t returned in original condition

Cancellations
Cancellations: accepted

Request a cancellation: within 24 hours of purchase
